Discover Asheville’s specialty coffee roasters while participating in a Hands-on Brewing & Tasting learning lab!
Learn coffee variables to bring out & discover surprising nuances of well crafted specialty roasts.
My relationships with local roasters allow me to find you fresh seasonal roasts. I provide a curated brewing menu changing with what roasters are roasting.
We focus on using the senses in this experience. You get to choose your own adventure. I set out different roasts and you pick your bean and then we brew your choice and then taste everyone’s brews!

All coffee is tasted black with no milk, or sugar!
